Ingredients

1 cup bran flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup 2% milk
1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon clear honey, plus more to serve

- Pour enough batter into the centre of the waffle maker to cover two-thirds of the grid. Close the lid and bake for about 4 minutes or until the lid will lift up easily. Remove the waffle with a fork and keep hot while baking the remainder.
