READER’S DIGEST #1 MAGAZINE IN CANADA

Montreal, QC (March 30, 2011)—The results from the biannual Spring Topline Readership PMB report are in and once again, Reader’s Digest has been recognized as the #1 magazine in Canada―a position it has held since PMB’s first report in 1973―with each issue reaching 5.9 million Canadians, consistent with the last PBM results. “We are very happy with the PMB results and proud of the solid connection we have with readers,” shares Tony Cioffi, CEO and President, Reader’s Digest Canada.

The spring edition of the PMB report shows that Reader’s Digest is the #1 magazine relative to such diverse segments such as Women 18-34, Upper Income Adults ($100,000+ Household Income) and Managers, Professionals and Owners; and it reaches more High Interest readers and more High Reading Time readers than any of its competitors.

Our Canada's audience has increased by +3.5% and is posting a 8.1% increase among Upper Income Canadians.

Sélection du Reader's Digest continues to deliver an average Higher Reading Time than any other French language publication and has increased its audience among the 18-34 year old segment by +4.7%.
