Was this written by an American because it is a VERY stupid article.
The cat sanctuary is sadly now closed
SOME people leave their CAR doors open between October and November ie polar bear season, and mostly only in areas that are most likely to see polar bears. What this article fails to mention is that Churchill has a tiny population of about 800 people living in 20 square miles. Oh and also its in the middle of fricken nowhere.
