Eat Yogourt

People who regularly eat foods containing lactic acid (eg. yogourt) are at a lower risk of gum disease, which is a major cause of tooth loss in adults. It’s down to the lactobacilli, which control the overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the mouth.

Cut Down on Energy Drinks

A study by the University of Tennessee found that energy drinks had the greatest potential for eroding tooth enamel.

Chill Out

Unmanaged anger can spike blood pressure and releases stress hormones, which can lead to heart disease and depression.

Eat Whole Grains
