7 Exercises for Flexibility

In our everyday workout, flexibility is often overlooked. Having plenty of mobility in joints along with flexible muscles, tendons and ligaments helps to reduce injuries. Here are 7 basic exercises to make you more agile.

Remember to always perform these exercises slowly with some control. Take the stretch as far as you can go without strain or discomfort. The stretch should feel good. Perform each exercise for 20–30 repetitions before moving on to the next.
