Ingredients

12 thin slices, Genoa salami
12 leaves, basil
12 pieces, bocconcini, drained
6 grape tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. On a work surface, fold a slice of salami in half.
  2. Place a basil leaf, a bocconcini ball and a tomato half in the middle.
  3. Roll into a cone and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Arrange the cones on a platter, garnish and serve.
