Ingredients

4 cups (1 L) watercress, stems removed and coarsely chopped
2 cups (500 mL) fresh flat Italian parsley, stems removed and coarsely
1 cup (250 mL) fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup (125 mL) blanched almonds
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 cup (125 mL) Tre Stelle® Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) Tre Stelle® Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup (80 mL) green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp (125 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (125 mL) black pepper
3 cloves, garlic, crushed
2-1/2 tbsp (125 mL) Tre Stelle® Olive Oil
6 cups (1.5 L) hot cooked pasta (decorative noodles like spirals, bowls or shells)

Directions

Place all ingredients (except olive oil and pasta) in a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth and creamy. With processor on, slowly drizzle olive oil through chute and process until well blended. Combine with pasta and gently toss.

Makes 6 servings.
