Nordic Shrimp Tartare

Ingredients

250g (½ lb) Nordic shrimps
1 large apple, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
60ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
10ml (2 tsp) hot chili sauce
30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
60ml (¼ cup) chopped chives
8 slices of toast

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and chili sauce. Add chopped apple and diced pepper.
  2. Chop shrimps on a cutting board.
  3. Add shrimps to sauce and mix well.
  4. Serve shrimp salad on slices of toast. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
