Ingredients
1 container, 200 g bocconcini, drained and patted dryPieces of fresh fruit of your choice: pineapple, mandarin oranges, melons, figs, etc, as required
12 grape tomatoes
12 multicoloured olives
8 thin slices salami
4 thin slices smoked or cooked ham
Mesclun (gourmet lettuce), to taste
Basil leaves, to taste
Directions
- Arrange the fruits, vegetables and meats on the skewers, alternating with the cocktail bocconcini.
- Serve on a platter garnished with mesclun and basil leaves.
