Ingredients

1 container, 200 g bocconcini, drained and patted dry
Pieces of fresh fruit of your choice: pineapple, mandarin oranges, melons, figs, etc, as required
12 grape tomatoes
12 multicoloured olives
8 thin slices salami
4 thin slices smoked or cooked ham
Mesclun (gourmet lettuce), to taste
Basil leaves, to taste

Directions

  1. Arrange the fruits, vegetables and meats on the skewers, alternating with the cocktail bocconcini.
  2. Serve on a platter garnished with mesclun and basil leaves.
