Saguenay Salmon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
30 round tortilla chips
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
½ cup salmon, crumbled
1 tbsp. fresh chives, finely sliced
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
A pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except the tortilla chips.
- With a spoon, scoop up the mixed filling and place on top of each tortilla chip.
