50 mL (¼ cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
250 mL (1 cup / 250 g) ricotta cheese at room temperature
50 mL (¼ cup) sugar
500 mL (2 cups) strawberries
3 nectarines, unpeeled, washed and cut in 8 segments
3 peaches, unpeeled, washed and cut in 8 segments
3 plums, unpeeled, washed and cut in 8 segments

Directions

  1. In the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Remove from heat and combine with the cheese and sugar. Refrigerate.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. Arrange the fruit on skewers and grill until both sides are lightly browned.
  4. Serve with the chocolate ricotta mixture.
