Penne With Roasted Squash and Bacon

Bacon adds a delicious comforting flavour to this pasta dish and tastes fantastic with squash and corn.

/Power Pumpkin Muffins

Not only are these muffins delicious, they are packed with superfoods: pumpkin, cranberries, flax seeds, to name a few. Let batter rest in the fridge for an hour before baking to allow whole grains to become tender.

/Turkey Vegetable Meat Loaf With Cranberry Salsa

This meatloaf has added vegetables and lots of flavour, taking comfort food to a higher level. Leftovers can be served hot or cold and are great in sandwiches with cranberry salsa and mayonnaise.
